Heise Verlag has rearranged their "heise jobs" online portal. In times when skilled worker shortage
is conjured up, the job market for ICT professionals should be more applicant-friendly and
clear. For this purpose, the layout has been renewed and features have been added. This includes
filters allowing to search individually for jobs according ones own desires and strengths.
The "Neue Angebote" (new offers) and "Bald endende Angebote" (offers expiring soon) fields
within the individual professional groups inform about the application deadlines of job offers.
This way, job hunters do not have to browse all job offers but can search specifically for the desired
job instead. The former editorial texts have been removed.
Moreover, the job agent allows to order offers via email. In such a case, the job hunter only has
to enter an email address. Then, he will receive a newsletter-like email including the most interesting
job offers filtered by his last settings.
